How I develop Next.js sites
Focus on performance
As I provide static sites using Next.js, they are very performant. I can easily make your site fully render in less than a second, and make it get full 95-100 performance scores on Lighthouse.
Make it scalable
The wrong way of making a Next.js site is having elements be hardcoded. The smart way is to utilize a CMS and use reusable components. I develop your Next.js with the smart way, making it scalable. I have worked on sites with over 3000+ pages.
I provide technical SEO consultation, so it's no wonder that I can make a site with perfect SEO. When I work on a site, it always gets a perfect SEO treatment.

More about me and my Next.js development
Hey, my name is Jere! I am 26 years old and I live in a small and quiet city in Finland. I provide development worldwide, so your location doesn't matter.
When I am not working, I am probably either bowling, cycling, cooking, skiing, gardening, or doing hobby projects.
I also do photography from time to time. I especially like to do astrophotography, I have taken some quite nice pictures of of the galaxies, star formations, and gasses in the nightsky.
I charge 55€/h for Next.js development, but I usually prefer fixed prices on new projects. Contact me for a quote!
What CMSs I have used, and what I would use with Next.js
I have used the following Headless CMSs:
- Dato CMS
- Shopify (for headless eCommerce)
With Next.js, I would go with Storyblok or Contentful. If you wan't to use a self-hosted CMS, then I recommend Directus.
Next.js fullstack development
I also provide fullstack development for Next.js. Next uses Node.js at its core, and I am very experienced with using Node.js to manipulate the build process and provide custom SSR code.
Which CMS do I recommend to use
Unless you have some very special needs with your website, I recommend you checking out Storyblok. It is extremely powerful and easy CMS for managing a website without developer's continous help. Your content writing and marketing team can edit the site freely on their own, and see the changes on real-time.
How I got started with Next.js
At first, I used to do static sites by just using plain HTML + CSS + JS. Then Gatsby v2 came out, and I switched to that. However, after a while, Next.js released its static generation feature, and I got curious. I did one client project using it, and it was a pleasant experience. Ever since that, I have been developing sites using Next.js with SCSS modules, TypeScript, and a headless CMS connection.
What's my preferred way of communication
Initial messages are best via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or the form below. Usually after that I like using Slack with my clients. I like keeping my meetings and video calls to a minimum as I prefer written communication.
